He will reportedly tie the knot in a lavish three-day ceremony in California's Napa Valley with a starry guest list.
"Money is no object so it's going to be one hell of a party" - a friend of FullerA source close to fuller is reported as saying of the man behind the Spice Girls: "Simon is a very private man, but after dating Natalie for a few years, he has finally popped the question.

A spokesman for Fuller declined to comment.
Earlier this year, the Prince of Wales praised Fuller for creating the "extraordinary phenomenon" of Pop Idol.
He recorded a video tribute to Fuller which was played at a Hollywood awards ceremony.
Prime Minister Gordon Brown also sent a message to the Producers Guild Awards in Los Angeles.
Fuller received the Visionary Award in February for the "unique and uplifting quality" of his
